Considering the modern agile and lean technologies, with no doubt, we can say, that Japan became some kind of source for most-known methodologies and approaches, being used at industries of all types. But not very known nowadays, what especial side of Japan’s nature has bring Japan to the leading role in methodologies production. Get understanding of labor and management evolution in mining and industrial production is the goal of the article.
